Tracey Albert

Tracey is a purpose-driven leader with a decade of experience working towards education equity, child protection, and gender equality. She has furthered these causes in various capacities across India, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Liberia, and Rwanda. She started her professional journey with the Teach For India fellowship. Over the years, she has cultivated expertise in teaching, training, product development, strategy consulting, and large-scale program management.

In her last role, Tracey served as the Head of Programmes with Rising Academy Network. In this role, she managed the organization’s portfolio of public-private partnership programs and led a team of academic and program managers collectively impacting over 600 schools across Sierra Leone, West Africa.

Presently, Tracey has taken a hiatus to dedicate herself to academic pursuits and is enrolled as a graduate scholar at the School of International and Public Affairs, Columbia University.
